  4. I need a little more help than what the Simplicity S36 manual offers. My powerhead won't work at all but I can still use the other parts for vacuuming hardwood and furniture. where so I find info on repairing powerbeads?

  5. Rick-
There doesn't seem to be any information available online for the power nozzle for that particular model. The owner's manual has some tips on pages 7 and 8, but probably nothing that would help in your case.

If you want to take the unit apart, you may find the source of the problem. It could be a bad belt or gear preventing the brush from spinning. You could also try contacting Simplicity to see if they can offer any help or diagrams.

    Good luck!
