10 more vacuum cleaner owner's manuals and parts manuals have been added recently:
Last night I was vacuuming when I realized a weird smell was coming from the vacuum. It wasn't the usual rubber burning smell. It was just down right stinky. Do you think it might be my filter?
Mia- it very well could be the filter. You could try cleaning or replacing it. It could also be dust/debris that's inside, so maybe just emptying the bag or dirt collector (depending on the type of vacuum) and making sure it's cleaned out would get rid of it.
